Certification and Equipment
Mask fit certification is valid for 2 years
*Note: some employers require high risk employees to be mask fit tested yearly
Mask fit testing may need to be performed prior to the expiration if any of the following are present:
- Significant weight gain or loss
- Change in facial hair
- New onset of wrinkles, scars, severe acne
- Change of facial structure
- Dentures
